Our Policy

All orders placed via our website are processed the next working day. Orders are dispatched on the same day they are processed, whenever stock is available. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

We are not able to split the parcel and ship parts of the same order to more than one address at the same time. If you would like to have specific items shipped to different addresses, please place each order separately. 

UK orders: a one-off standard delivery charge of £2.49 will be applied to every order. This will be added during the check out process. 

Postage and packing charges for non-UK is added and displayed during the checkout process. It is calculated based on the weight of the order and destination zone. Our rates are based on standard UPS courier delivery charges for worldwide package delivery.
